The Space

Our house is for sure a one of a kind. We love to live in our own private Art Gallery with an amazing outdoor area, which includes heated pool, hot tub, outdoor-shower, outdoor dining area, different sun-decks, outdoor fire place and BBG grill.

Nothing beats the incredible view, whether it be in the morning, during the day, or in the evening. Even on a rainy day you can enjoy the outdoor feeling in our added new sunroom.

There is so much to say, but the pictures can much better express what you will find here 🙂 and what will be yours if you are up for it…

Guest Access

We offer 2 bedrooms (Queensize Bed), one with water view,two full bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Because it is our home and NOT only a rental unit you can enjoy everything we do. One room will be locked – used by us to store our personal belongings while you are here.

We offer our guests 2 stand up paddle boards to explore the Venice of America or use our little paddle boat, it is so much fun to see the area from the water.

Enjoy a night under stars and palm trees in our 4 person hot tub, you can‘t beat that feeling. Or prepare an American BBQ and enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining table with water view.

Fastest wireless internet is available as well as 2 TVs (cable), which includes Netflix as well as YouTV (German TV with all available channels). Sonos sound system. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood

Wilton Manors is a wonderful, small part of Fort Lauderdale — very open minded — with nice cozy bars and restaurants. No big hotels or high rises. Our house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and very close to everything you might want to explore while you are here.

Getting Around

Only 5 minutes by car to the beach, bars, shops, restaurants, grocery stores – all within a radius of max 3 miles. Miami airport only a 40 min drive, Fort Lauderdale airport 15 minutes. We offer parking for 2 cars.
